No. Due to security reasons, no one can change the code word. Even SaveToFuture administrators can't replace the code word. That's why it's very important to keep the code word in a safe place. When creating a capsule for which you configure the opening by a codeword, do not forget to download the file that contains the codeword itself and instructions on where this codeword must be sent so that the capsule is opened and your settings for sending the recipients are executed. To open the capsule with a code word, the code word will need to be sent either by email open@savetofuture.com , or to the Telegram bot https://t.me/savetofuturebot (@savetofuturebot).

No. You can't restore or find out the current code word. Our support team and administrators are also not be able to help you and recover the codeword in your secure capsule. It's done for reasons of maximum information security.

We allow all types of files. But there are some limitations for the executable files (exe, bat, msi, etc). We strongly advise not to store them in a secure capsule. Before uploading the executable files to the capsule, we recommend you to archive them into zip, rar, etc.

The minimum storage period of a secure capsule is 1 month from the date of creation of the capsule. The maximum is 50 years from the date of creation of the protected capsule with guarantee. You can choose any date for opening the secure capsule: the next day or any other, not a multiple of a month. The main thing is that the date of opening is no later than the date until which you paid for the storage of the capsule. If you need to open the capsule later than the date you paid for the storage of the capsule, then you need to extend the storage period of the capsule.

Yes. You can set the date of opening the capsule even on the next day after its creation. At the same time, you will still have to pay for 1 month of storage. The storage period of the capsule is always a multiple of months. The date of opening the capsule can be any, starting from the next day from its creation, but not later than the already paid storage period of the capsule.

When creating a capsule, you can choose any method of file delivery: email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger. You can select multiple delivery methods and multiple recipients at the same time. For each of the delivery methods, you can specify no more than 5 addressees.

Yes, we do have a backups of all encrypted secure capsules. We store 3 (three) backups of all secure capsules using three different backup infrastructures.

After deleting the secure capsule, all files will be automatically destroyed and cannot be restored.

The files will be permanently destroyed after the exact execution of your instructions by SaveToFuture system.

NO! No external party/organization/agency has any access to any of the secure capsules and files sealed in the capsules.
